Bingo: Cash and prizes are awarded with some jackpots reaching $500! We use all paper cards and we also serve food and refreshments. Doors open at 6:00 PM and play begins at 7:00 PM. Bingo dates: May 3rd, 17th, 31; June 21st, July 19th; Aug. 9, 23; Sept. 6, 20; Oct. 4, 25; Nov. 15, 29; Dec. 13th.

SECA Yard Sale: Saturday, May 25th from 9 AM to 2 PM. This is a perfect opportunity for you to sell your unwanted items. The park will turn into a big yard sale for the whole community to enjoy. 10 x 10 spots are available for $15. Tables will not be provided. Contact SECA at 717-806-0123 to reserve your spot.

SECA-FEST Community Celebration
Saturday, July 13, 2013 from 4 PM-10 PM! Come to Memorial Park and celebrate the summer with the community. There will be lots of games, food and of course there will be rides for the little children in your family. Capping off the night will be a fantastic fireworks display in Memorial Park. SECA's "Huff and Puff-5K Race for Rec"
Saturday, August 3, 2013 at 8:00 AM. This year's race will include a 1/2 Mile Kids Fun Run at 8 AM for children 12 and under. SECA-Frey Gals and Pals Basket Bingo: Sunday October 20, 2013—1 PM - 5 PM
For all of you Bingo lovers! Come on out and enjoy an afternoon of Bingo with your friends! All baskets given away will be Longaberger. Take a chance at winning one of these beautiful baskets. Tickets will be available for $20.00 beginning September 1st. We will have refreshments and drinks available. The event will be held at the Hoffman Center. SECA's Annual Benefit Auction November 8th & 9th, 2013
SECA's Annual Benefit Auction will be held Friday and Saturday, November 8th and 9th at the Hoffman building. The bidding will begin around 6 PM on Friday evening and will continue Saturday morning starting at 9 AM. An assortment of gift certificates, household items, sports tickets and collectibles are available for your bidding pleasure. There is something for everyone. All money raised benefit SECA Programs and facilities.

SECA Craft Fair

For all of you crafty people out there!! SECA will be holding its annual Winter Craft Fair. Whether you would like to be a vendor (tables are $20 each) or just browse some of the items, come by for a breakfast and then enjoy some time to shop. The fair will be held at the Hoffman Building. Sits and Tricks
The anticipated goals of the obedience course is to provide people with the basic guidelines to training their dogs so they can walk away, as a leader, with a dog ready and capable to work for them, satisfied that they have control and the means to further train their dog if need be. After completion of the course the dog should know basic commands and have a better understanding of what is expected of them. This course is aimed to guide dogs to proper walking and to build socialization with both other animals and people alike. By the conclusion of the course, the team should be able to move on to "bonding activity" confidently. This will be an 8 week course with 1 hour sessions beginning Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 7 PM. The cost is $100 and will be held on the SECA grounds in the basketball court. A dog leash and small "reward" treats required. Course instructor, Raquel Shaffer. Pilates: Wednesday evenings from 5:45 - 6:45 PM starting Wednesday, April 10, 2013. $65.00 for 8 sessions. Pre-Registration is required and space is limited. Classes will be held at the SECA Building.
Instructor: Beth Buckwalter. Pilates is a method of body conditioning and combines stretching and strengthening exercises to tone muscles, improve posture, and increase flexibility by training your mind and body to work together. This class will teach you a series of controlled movements to strengthen your core muscles: abs, back, hips and thighs. Most movements are done on the floor, so bring a mat and dress comfortably.

This total body, high-intensity style program utilizing free weights, resistance and body weight, masterfully combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D. - Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyo-metrics and Endurance as the workout portion along with Diet suggestions to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective for all fitness levels. The One Stop Body Shock is a "Plateau Proof Fitness Formula" that produces results in minimal time, boasting 750-1000 calories in just 50 minutes. Classes at SECA Rec Center starting Monday, January 7, 2013 from 6:30 - 7:30 PM, $65 for 8 sessions. Class instructor - Angie Frey (717) 371-4466 Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Certified Group Exercise Instructor, Certified R.I.P.P.E.D. Instructor. Classes at SECA start promptly at 6:30 PM. Please bring light hand weights and a towel. We also are offering a Wednesday class beginning April 10th thru May 29th. From 6:45 PM to 7:45 PM. Combine with Mondays and pay $110.00 or pay for Wednesdays only for $65.00

R.I.P.P.E.D—Rhythm, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, Diet & Nutrition—This session will be held from April 29th - June 3rd. Improve coordination while enhancing musicality, and increase self-esteem through body awareness and fluidity. Super fun high-intensity conditioning with bouts of active recovery to improve speed and cardiovascular capacity, performed with a certain amount of playfulness. Mental and physical fortitude. Simple martial arts routines teach kids basic self-defense techniques while helping them to a musical beat, understand choreography and acquire new and exciting skills. There will also be helpful tips on how to eat healthy, how to stabilize blood sugar and simply feel and perform better using proper nutrition. We offer recipes, snack ideas and meal makeovers to encourage a healthy awareness about food choices. Kids ages 7 - 12 only. $35 for 6 classes.

Smart Start Soccer
Monday and Wednesday evenings, starting September 9th 6:00-6:45 PM at the SECA building, weather permitting. There will be 6 sessions. This program helps children ages 3 -5 get some basic soccer skills which will allow them to move on to more advanced leagues. Children work on a variety of soccer skills including dribbling, passing, shooting and agility. Class fee is $50.

Smart Start Football
Monday and Wednesday evenings, starting September 9th from 6:45 - 7:30 PM at the SECA building, weather permitting. There will be 6 sessions and is for 3-5 year olds. Children work on a variety of football skills including passing, kicking, throwing and agility. Class fee is $50.

SECA Sharks Swim Team: Team registration information, registration forms, preliminary 2013 schedule, and Spring Swim Clinic information will all be mailed to past participants. If your child enjoys swimming and can swim the length of the pool, then come sign them up for this summer's swim team! Father/Son Wiffle Ball Tournament: June 15th - 12 noon at the SECA Building. A fun father and son team event as you try to become the Wiffle Ball Home Run Derby Kings. Fields will be set up on the lawn by the SECA building for a pre-Fathers Day Tournament. Details still being worked out-but it will be a great time for all! SECA Tennis: SECA Tennis is for players of all abilities from age 7 - 18. New players will be introduced to the fundamentals of tennis through drills and play based activities and will be developing their basic tennis strokes. Returning tennis players will continue to perfect the basic tennis skills. Players who have developed an overall game will focus on basic tactical and strategic approaches to match play.
Session 1: June 24 - 28 and Session 2: July 8 - 12
(Rain make up days will be the Saturday after each session)

Fall Slow-Pitch Co-ed Softball League: Adults ages 18 and older are invited to participate in SECA's enjoyable Fall Softball League. It will be held on Monday and Wednesday evening beginning September 16th. Games will start at 8:15 PM. Registration fee is $40 per individual player or $500 for full roster team. The maximum number of players allowed on a roster is 16. There will be a pre-season coaches meeting on Thursday, August 29th at 6:30 PM at the SECA Center. If you cannot attend the meeting, please send a representative from your team.
