SECA Facility Rental Information
Hosting a party or a picnic? SECA is the place for you and your family to hold the event. You can rent our building, one of our two pavilions, and even rent the pool for a party. Rates:
- Building Rental: $300 plus a $150 refundable deposit (Upon building inspection after rental)
- Pavilion Rental: $75 for each pavilion for the day
- Pool Rental: Prices subject to change prior to the pool opening in May

SECA Center Building Rental
Having an Anniversary or B-day Party? How about a Banquet or Wedding Reception? Check out the SECA Center!
Located on the upper floor of the Center, the Legion Hall Banquet Room is perfect for dining and dancing. Formal dining is available for 96 guests with the dance floor and 125 guests without the dance floor. This large room is the place for wedding receptions, anniversary parties, class reunions, and much, much, more. It is fully carpeted and air-conditioned.
Located on the lower level is the Game Room, which is furnished with a pool table and foosball table.
Small group seating is available for 30 people. This room is perfect for birthday parties, reunions, and small group meetings. It is air-conditioned.
SECA Pavilions Rental
Looking for a place to have an outdoor barbecue? A family reunion? Maybe even a birthday party? There are 2 outdoor pavilions that are available for rental. Included with the pavilions is electric and a grill for cooking. There is also water available on site. Both pavilions are situated in a beautiful park area next to a pond, playground, and baseball diamonds. There are sand volleyball courts close by as well as the SECA Pool.
