Full Day: 8 hrs, $500

You will be charged a security deposit today, to be returned to you pending damages to property.

SECA Center Building Rental

The SECA Center is 4000 sq. ft. with two floor levels and two rooms to accommodate your event.

Hold your wedding reception, family reunion, surprise party, staff holiday party, and more at our facility. Our max capacity for the building is 150 people. Bathroom on both floors, Alcohol is permitted.

UPPER LEVEL

The upper level  is over 1900 sq. ft. with built-in bar and countertop space.

Dance floor with raised DJ Platform.  Windows overlooking pond and SECA Property. 6′ long x 2’5″ wide tables and folding chairs are available to accommodate set up for 100 guests. Accessible, same floor mens and womens bathrooms. Available: ice machine, refrigeration, stove with oven, and limited food preparation area in kitchen.

LOWER LEVEL

The lower level holds up to 30 guests with bar and kitchen access. Windows with pond views and direct access to outside SECA grounds.  8′ long tables are available with accommodating fold-up chairs. Perfect for small birthday party or meeting.  Accessible same floor mens and womens bathrooms.
