  1. Group party reservations for the pool may be arranged by contacting the SECA Office at 717-806-0123.
  2. Booking a party at the SECA Pool entitles your group to a discount admission fee and use of the pavilion inside the pool area.
  3. A 50% deposit is required for all parties to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is required on or before the day of your event. *If you cancel your party less than 14 days prior to your event, you will receive NO REFUND. If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your event, you will be refunded half of your deposit.
  4. Pool activities will be terminated in the event of a storm. All decisions will be made by the SECA Director on the day of the party. You will have the option to reschedule your party in the event of a storm based on future availability. We are unable to schedule “rain dates” in advance.
  5. All parties must be accompanied/supervised by one adult for every 10 children under 12 years old.
  6. All guests of the party must follow the pool rules. When bringing a large group, you may request a staff member to review the rules
  7. with your group before entering the water. Please clear any water games with the Pool Manager.
  8. You may enter the pool complex ½ hour prior to your scheduled time to decorate and set up.
  9. Group size must include everyone entering the pool, regardless of his or her intent to swim. Ages 4 and under do not count as part of the group. SECA Pool Season Pass holders may enter during regular hours at no cost.
  10. ADDITIONAL HOURS OR COMBINATION PARTIES: If you want your party to be longer, you may request additional time for an additional fee. Combination parties occur when the time of your event is partly during regular hours and closed hours. All requests must be made and agreed to in advance and will be at the discretion of the Director.
  11. The person responsible for the party must sign a liability waiver.

If you go over the chosen range limit of guests, you will be bumped up to the next category and charged accordingly.

  • NO Alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes, or drugs are permitted.
  • Children under the age of 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.
  • No running, pushing, “rough housing”, or inappropriate behavior or language permitted.
  • Running, diving (in shallow areas), and horseplay are prohibited.
  • Non-inflatable Coast Guard approved life jackets or certified personal flotation devices, or swimsuits constructed with non-inflatable flotation supports designed for the size of the child and appropriately secured may be worn in the pool. No flotation devices or toys such as rings, noodles or inflatable items of any type allowed in the pool.
  • No LITTERING. Please dispose of all trash in proper receptacle.
  • No glass containers of any type are allowed in the pool area.
  • No inappropriate language or physical contact. We are a family facility!
  • Diaper-aged children must wear an approved swim diaper.
  • Underwater photography is not permitted.
  • Proper swim attire is required.
  • Underwater breath holding is not permitted.
  • No hanging on ropes or ladders.
  • Only soft water toys are permitted in the pool.
  • No sitting or standing on shoulders.
  • No food or drinks permitted in/near the pool.
  • Lap lanes are for lap swimmers only.
  • Lifeguard has final authority
  • Only one person may be permitted on the board at a time.
  • NO flips, gainers, cartwheels, handstands, or hanging off the diving board!
  • Only one bounce on the board is permitted before diving.
  • No running while on the diving board.
  • No general swimming allowed in the diving area.
  • “Look before you leap”.
  • Divers must swim directly to the nearest ladder and leave the diving area.
  • No swimming or playing in diving area when diving boards are being used.
  • Wait until the previous diver has cleared the landing area before you dive.
