Southern End Community Association (SECA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to enriching life in Southern Lancaster County by creating accessible, high-quality recreational opportunities for children, adults, and families. SECA proudly owns and maintains more than 17 acres of community-centered recreational space, including the Albright Family Swimming Pool, playground and kids’ area, skateboard and freestyle bike park, basketball, beach volleyball and pickleball courts, pavilions, and a welcoming community building. These spaces are more than amenities—they are gathering places where friendships form, wellness, and community spirit thrive.
